Pinocchio - January children's drama program and production

Child Players ACT is again offering a two-week drama program from 10-14 and 17-22 January 2011. The program will run from 10.00-4.00pm each day and a full commitment to the two week program is required. The program will culminate in a full-scale theatre production of a fun musical version of Pinocchio at Theatre 3 in Acton from 19-22 January.

We did a similar program of Alice in Wonderland - the Musical in January this year which was very well received by both the participants and audiences. No singing experience is necessary and all children enrolled will perform on stage.

The full cost of this program is $350 (ie only $35 per day) and is suitable for children aged between 8-16 with no, little or extensive drama experience. Supervision can be provided from 9.00-5.00 if necessary at a small additional cost.

The course is run by very experienced theatre practitioners and directed by BJ Anyos. This is a unique program which offers children interested in the theatre the chance to perform on stage to an audience with only a two-week commitment, make new friends and have a lot of fun.
